This is what I call Beyond the Ivy building.  Its one DPM Bruce’s Bakery building along with one Train Cat brass bleacher seat section.  Its modeled after Wrigleyville Apartments in Chicago,IL across from the Wrigley Field, the home of the Cubs baseball team.  The roof also has a rooftop entrance/exit from a old Vollmer building.  The the steel safety mesh along the the sides is from a sprint car fuel injection air cleaner.  This was my first real attempt at a kit bash idea.
