Chris began model railroading in 1994, originally in HO scale but quickly switched to N scale to save space. After several years of not building anything, Chris decided to jump back into the hobby just a few years ago. He decided to start scratch building because the structures he wanted to build didn’t exist in kit form. Since then, Chris has won multiple Best in Show awards for his structures.
Chris is a fan of transition era New York Central and is creating the fictional big city of Hudson for his layout. Chris also models small-town, Western structures of the same era for a growing club called Junction City N-scalers and is a regular operator on the HO scale Utah Colorado & Western Railroad.
Chris lives in Utah with his wife Cassie and their three girls.

Frank has been building scale models (cars, ships, space craft) for most of his life, but switched exclusively to modeling railroads after receiving an N scale train set as a gift in 2003. His love of history and attention to historical detail and accuracy help shape his modeling efforts.
Frank will be modeling the Pennsylvania Railroad and New York Central in a freelanced city named Empire City — one of the early slang names for New York City. He is modeling the mid to late 1940s and has a fascination with the late 1940s era. Frank is also a professional Web designer and maintains the N Scale Limited Web site.
Frank lives in Riverside, NJ with his wife Kim and their two dogs.

Trains have been part of Jeremy Yoder’s life as long as he can remember, — especially since his first memory involves falling off a passenger platform at West Berlin’s “Zoo Station” at age two. While he modeled in G and HO scales growing up, he has been without a layout since high school. However, Jeremy has recently started to experiment with N gauge with the hopes of building a shelf layout to fit a small apartment.
Jeremy enjoys treading off the well-beaten model railroad path and follows a broad range of US and foreign prototypes. He enjoys research and is slowly building his personal collection of railroad books and resources. The fictitious city of Jeremy’s frequent daydreams is Manchester, located at the mouth of the Susquehanna River.
Jeremy lives with his wife Maegan and daughter Isabella in Baltimore, MD. He is currently working on a Masters of Divinity at Eastern Mennonite Seminary.
